Customs & Duties (Canada)
US orders do not have customs or import duties. For Canadian orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges may apply and are the customer's responsibility. These charges are not controlled by Omriyana and may vary by destination.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Carrier Delays

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
