We want you to feel confident shopping with Omriyana. If your order is not the right fit, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.


14-Day Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with tags and original packaging where applicable.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

• Your order number
• The item you would like to return or exchange
• The reason for your request
• Clear photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Omriyana is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.


Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund according to this policy.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. This may include intimate apparel, bodysuits, swimwear, earrings, personalized items, final-sale items, gift cards, and items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, fragrance, deodorant, makeup, or alteration.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will make it right with a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
