Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes. Returns and exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with tags and packaging where applicable.

Some items, including intimate apparel, bodysuits, swimwear, earrings, personalized items, final-sale items, and gift cards, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
