About Omriyana
Omriyana is a US-based online boutique curating embroidered clothing and contemporary fashion. Our assortment includes products from different makers and countries, so origin, materials, embroidery method, and design context can vary from one item to another.
We believe those differences should be described clearly. A product page should help you understand what the garment is, what it is made from, where it was manufactured when that fact is verified, how it fits, and what is included with your order.
What we carry
Our vyshyvanka collection includes embroidered shirts, blouses, dresses, vests, and coordinated pieces. You can also browse women’s fashion, men’s fashion, dresses, and outerwear.
Not every embroidered item has the same relationship to Ukrainian culture. Some products may be verified as made in Ukraine. Others may be contemporary Ukrainian designs, Ukrainian-inspired embroidered fashion made elsewhere, or products whose country of manufacture has not yet been verified. We do not treat those descriptions as interchangeable.
How we describe cultural and product details
- Made in Ukraine refers to a product whose country of manufacture has been verified as Ukraine.
- Ukrainian-designed refers to verified design authorship or a documented Ukrainian designer or brand. It does not, by itself, identify the country of manufacture.
- Ukrainian-inspired describes a design influence. It does not mean the product was made in Ukraine or that its pattern belongs to a specific regional tradition.
- Hand embroidered and machine embroidered describe the embroidery method. We state the method only when it is documented.
- Fabric composition should name the actual fibers and percentages supplied for the product rather than relying on a general label such as “natural” or “premium.”
If a fact is not verified, we do not want the wording to imply certainty. Please contact us before ordering if a product detail that matters to you is missing.
A more useful way to think about “authenticity”
No single word can replace accurate product facts. Fiber, maker, embroidery technique, country of manufacture, and connection to a documented regional tradition are separate questions. A garment should not be presented as tied to a specific Ukrainian region based only on visual resemblance.

Our approach
We curate a focused assortment and publish the product information currently available to us so customers can compare design, origin, material, fit, care, and price. When new verified information becomes available, the relevant product description should be updated.
